What data we process and why
- To manage your booking and stay: name, contact details, dates, preferences and the payment details required. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
- To meet legal obligations: guest registration with the authorities (Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021), invoicing and accounting. Legal basis: legal obligation.
- To send you messages about your booking (confirmation, reminders, online check-in). Legal basis: performance of the contract.
- To send you news or offers, only if you agree. Legal basis: consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
For the duration of the relationship and then for the periods required by law (for example, 3 years for guest registration and 6 years for accounting records).
Who we share it with
- Competent authorities for guest registration, where required by law.
- Providers that process data on our behalf (processors): the provider of our property management system and booking engine, the channel manager that connects us with booking portals, the payment gateway you use and the email service.
Some of these providers may be outside the European Economic Area; in that case the transfer relies on an adequacy decision or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to soulfarm@elsigols.com. If you feel they have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
