The booking

The booking is formalised once confirmed on this engine and the confirmation email is received. Prices are shown including applicable taxes, except the tourist tax where applicable, which is stated separately.

Payment

The full amount is charged when booking.

Cancellation policy

Each rate states its policy before booking and it is shown in the confirmation.

• Cancelación no reembolsable: Non-refundable rate: if cancelled, the full amount is charged.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in from 17:00.
• Check-out by 11:00.

An identity document will be requested from each guest for the guest registration required by law.

Right of withdrawal

As this is an accommodation service for a specific date, the right of withdrawal does not apply (art. 103.l of the Spanish consumer protection law); cancellation is governed by the policy of the rate booked.
